Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with House of Horticulturists!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return any plant with a price above 4,000 PKR if it dies. Returns are accepted in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi only. For other cities, returns will only be accepted if the plant dies during delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exclusions

Please note that we do not accept returns for items priced below 4,000 PKR, and we do not provide refunds for plants that have not died.
