1. Delivery Areas

House of Horticulturists offers plant deliveries through our designated riders in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi. Please note that delivery areas may be subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify our service areas at any time.

2. Modes of Delivery

We utilize both cars and delivery bikes/rikshaws for transporting plants to ensure efficient and safe deliveries.

3. Payment Terms

Customers have the option to pay for their orders through cash on delivery (COD) or online payment. For COD orders, payment must be made within 3 hours of the delivery. We accept online payments through designated payment methods.

4. Delivery Times

We strive to process and deliver orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on the location, traffic conditions, and other external factors. Our team will communicate the expected delivery time with customers.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery, our riders will confirm the receipt of the plants with the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the products and report any issues promptly.

6. Unattended Deliveries

In the event that the recipient is not available at the delivery address, our riders will attempt to contact the customer. If unsuccessful, the plants will be returned, and a re-delivery attempt may be arranged, subject to additional charges.

7. Order Tracking

Customers may be provided with order tracking information to monitor the status and location of their deliveries. This feature is available when applicable and will be communicated to the customer.

8. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated to customers during the order placement process. Charges may vary based on the delivery location.

9. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the House of Horticulturists website.
