4.2 Free Delivery
HOH offers free delivery on orders above a minimum order value in selected cities. Free delivery eligibility will be displayed at checkout.
4.3 Bulk & Large Orders
For bulk plant orders, large planters, or heavy items, delivery charges will be calculated separately and communicated before order confirmation.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
5.1 COD Availability
Cash on Delivery is available in the following cities:
- Islamabad
- Rawalpindi
- Lahore
- Karachi
- Faisalabad
- Multan
- Peshawar
5.2 COD Conditions
- COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch
- Customer must be available at the delivery address at the time of delivery
- If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, a re-delivery charge may apply
- HOH reserves the right to withdraw COD facility for repeated failed deliveries
6. Order Processing
6.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation or COD approval. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
6.2 Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email with your order details and estimated delivery date.
6.3 Order Tracking
Our team will keep you updated on your order status via WhatsApp. You will be notified when your order is:
- Confirmed and being prepared
- Dispatched for delivery
- Out for delivery
- Successfully delivered
7. Plant Packaging & Care During Delivery
At HOH, we understand that plants are delicate living organisms. We take special care in packaging every plant order to ensure safe delivery:
- Plants are carefully wrapped to protect leaves and stems
- Pots and roots are secured to prevent soil spillage
- Fragile pots and planters are bubble-wrapped and boxed
- Large plants are transported in specially equipped vehicles
- Delivery is handled with care to minimize transit stress on plants
8. Delivery Conditions & Exceptions
8.1 Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address provided
- Refusal to accept the order
A re-delivery charge will apply for the second delivery attempt. If the second attempt also fails, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued for COD orders.
8.2 Incorrect Address
HOH is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of order placement.
8.3 Weather & Force Majeure
Deliveries may be delayed during extreme weather conditions, floods, strikes, or other events beyond our control. HOH will communicate any such delays promptly via WhatsApp.
8.4 Remote Areas
Delivery to remote or non-serviced areas may not be possible. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your location’s delivery coverage.
9. Damaged During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged due to transit or mishandling:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photographs via WhatsApp or email
- Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy
