4.1 Service Agreement All services provided by HOH are subject to a mutual agreement between HOH and the client. Services begin only after confirmation of scope, pricing, and written or verbal approval from the client.
4.2 Service Availability Our services are primarily available in Islamabad and across Pakistan. Availability in specific locations may vary. Contact us to confirm service availability in your area.
4.3 Project Changes Any changes to an agreed project scope, design, or materials must be communicated in writing. Additional changes may result in revised pricing and timelines.
4.4 Project Timeline HOH will make every effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or client-side delays. HOH will not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
4.5 Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate site information and access
- Ensuring the work area is ready before HOH team arrival
- Timely communication and approvals during the project
- Timely payment as per the agreed schedule
5. Online Shop — Orders & Payments
5.1 Order Placement By placing an order on our online shop, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and that you agree to pay the total amount including delivery charges.
5.2 Order Confirmation Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or confirmation via WhatsApp/email. HOH reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
5.3 Pricing All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will apply.
5.4 Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer
- EasyPaisa / JazzCash
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in selected cities
- Online Payment Gateway
5.5 Cash on Delivery COD orders are subject to availability and city coverage. HOH reserves the right to refuse COD for orders outside our covered delivery areas.
6. Plant & Product Disclaimer
6.1 Natural Variation Plants are living organisms and may vary in size, color, and appearance from images shown on our website. This is natural and does not constitute a defective product.
6.2 Plant Health HOH takes every measure to supply healthy, well-maintained plants. However, plant survival after delivery depends on environmental conditions, care, and handling by the customer.
6.3 Plant Care Responsibility Once a plant is delivered and accepted by the customer, the responsibility of proper care shifts to the customer. HOH is not liable for plant deterioration caused by improper watering, sunlight, or care after delivery.
7. Maintenance Packages
7.1 Package Agreement Maintenance packages are subject to a minimum contract period as agreed at the time of sign-up. Early termination may result in forfeiture of any advance payment made.
7.2 Visit Scheduling HOH will schedule maintenance visits as per the agreed frequency. Any rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
7.3 Client Access The client must ensure HOH team has access to the property on scheduled visit days. Missed visits due to client unavailability will not be compensated or rescheduled without additional charges.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the HOH website including text, images, logos, graphics, and design is the intellectual property of House of Horticulturists. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
HOH will not be held liable for:
- Plant deterioration after delivery due to improper care
- Delays caused by weather, natural events, or third-party factors
- Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services
- Damage to property caused by unforeseen site conditions not disclosed by the client
Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service or order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
11. Changes to Terms
HOH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
